Shipping
At this time, Dancing Cactus Imports Inc. ships only to the United States and Canada. We ship via U.S. Postal Service. Shipping costs are based on your purchase value and are listed in your shopping cart before you checkout. If you prefer an alternate or expedited shipping method, please contact us at order@DancingCactusImports.com or 561-271-1639.
For packages sent to Canada, the recipient is responsible for any duties and/or taxes charged. Dancing Cactus Imports Inc. declares the actual value of all packages shipped.
Following is a summation of duties and taxes charged by Canadian Customs, as explained to Dancing Cactus Imports. Please understand that we provide this information as a courtesy only, and actual charges may vary. You may call your Customs Office for further clarification.
- Duty/taxes are applied to packages valued over $20CAD.
- Handling fee of $5CAD if sent regular mail, $8CAD if sent express mail.
- Canadian GST, 6% of package value, as of July 1, 2006.
- Provincial Sales Tax. Varies from Province to Province. In Ontario it is 8%. In provinces that don't have it, the GST is raised to approximately 15% instead.
Orders are shipped out 1-3 days after they are placed. Orders shipping to multiple addresses must be placed separately.
We do not ship on holidays or Sundays.
Returns and Exchanges
All of our items are hand-made and one-of-a-kind. Colors and design patterns are depicted as accurately as possible, however due to variations in how individual monitors present images, the item you receive may sometimes appear slightly different than it appeared on our website.
We are confident that you will love your purchase from Dancing Cactus Imports Inc. If for any reason you are unsatisfied, please let us know. Purchases may be returned for exchange or refund within 21 days of purchase. We only ask that you contact us first for return instructions before sending anything back, either by email (order@DancingCactusImports.com) or by phone (561-271-1639). If you would like to speak with us in person, and do not want to place a toll call, email us with your phone number and a convenient time, and we will return your call.
Items returned must be in new condition. Shipping costs can not be refunded on returns. Since all of our items are exclusive, exchanges will be of the same value as your original purchase but may not match exactly in color or design.
All clearance, special order and custom made items are final sale. |
